At present, we ship to Buyer's registered PayPal address ONLY; We accept payment by Paypal ONLY (if you do not have a paypal account, please register it free at http://www.paypal.com); Please indicate your specific requirements, such as colors, packages, value for customs declaration etc, at Paypal's message when making payment to us.It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure the address registered with PayPal is current and correct.
PayPal will automatically capture the shipping details into the system, please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
1. We ship to USA, Canada, Australia, and most of European Countries. with exceptions (please negotiate for details).
2. We devote ourselves to offer high quality product at reasonable price. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
3. Shipment will be processed by HK Post registered air mail service or China registered Post.
All items will be shipped within (5- 10) + 1 business days after payment has been received and verified with PayPal.
You must provide the size and color etc. before paying.
4. For most countries, it will normally take about 7-14 business days to deliver the item.
For other countries with more strict custom clearance procedures such as Canada and most European countries, delivery may take up to 20 business days to complete.
5. For holiday periods such as Christmas, please allow extra time (double time) for the post office to process the delivery.
6. Estimated overseas delivery timings are for reference only as we cannot guarantee the postal service is smooth and timely in every case.
7. Shipment may be delayed for any reasons.
If your do not receive our shipment after the estimated arrival time, please e-mail your case to us for follow-up action.
8. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to ascertain these additional costs prior to purchase.
#Refunds and Exchanges
1. Product images are for reference only. Do Not Bid if you are very particular about the precision of product colors as seen on the images.
2. Buyer is responsible for checking the packages damages.
3. We stand behind each and every product we sold. Please give us the opportunity to resolve your problem during and after sale.
4. We treasure every relationship with our valued customers, so we are ready to help resolve any problems you might have encountered as soon as we can.
Kindly do not leave any neutral or negative feedback before turning to us for resolution.
5. If the item is damaged or unusable, please return it to us within 7 days from the receipt date with your Ecrater ID and item number. The returned product must be in its original condition (without any physical alterations), with the box, packaging, and all accessories.
6. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing the return.
Buyer pays return shipping.
7. Buyer needs to notify us by e-mail before returning the product. Buyer will be responsible for the charges and risk for returning, and we will bear the costs for item exchange.
Note before buying:
We stand behind every transaction less than 10kg only we sell with our 7 days exchange or refund warranty, the more heavy, the more expensive from the shipping costs.
In other words, no matter how hard we do our best, inevitably that depends on lucky, a little bit scratched , distorted, or errors to item specification.
Do not buy from us, if you are very selective to the above issues.
